Public Health England has launched a new set of e-learning sessions on a range of major public health topics.
The short, free modules are part of the All Our Health collection of resources which aim to help health and care professionals use their knowledge, skills and relationships to embed prevention into everyday practice, and cover 12 significant public health challenges:
- Childhood obesity
- Cardiovascular disease prevention
- Adult obesity
- Antimicrobial resistance
- Physical activity
- Social prescribing
- Giving children the best start in life
- Workplace health
- Mental health and wellbeing
- Child oral health
- Supporting those at risk of, or experiencing, homelessness
The tools are available via NHS England’s e-Learning for Healthcare platform, and include signposting to guidance, support and trusted sources of evidence, and users will need to register and log in for learning activity to be recorded.
