Associate Membership at FGDP(UK)
FGDP(UK) Associate membership is for registered dental practitioners who do not hold an approved postgraduate diploma. You are eligible for reduced membership fees for the first 3 years after graduating from your BDS course.
Whether you are at the start of your career or have been in practice for a number of years, Associate membership can help you to reach your professional goals. Being a member of the Faculty can give you the status and prestige you may be seeking as you become part of the organisation with the clout to influence the future of the profession through representing the interests of dental professionals and dentistry.
If you are an early career dentist, Associate membership can be particularly beneficial through opportunities to build your professional network and access the latest research, news and developments to ensure you are practising safely and correctly.
And with professional development at our heart, Associates can take charge of their careers with us, through discounted courses, events and other CPD – which help you to meet the enhanced CPD requirements of the GDC.
You can find out more about our membership benefits here. Associate membership starts at just £66 per year, which is £5.50 per month.
If you hold an approved postgraduate diploma you will become eligible for Full Membership which has additional benefits.
