Barriers & tools to reduce inequalities in planned dental visiting
Every week about 11,000 people in the UK visit their GP with dental problems, which also cause 0.7% of A&E visits. Professor Rebecca Harris invites FGDP(UK) Members to an event to share her work for NIHR on developing materials to encourage these patients to make planned dental visits.
The event is free, lunch and refreshments are provided, and verifiable CPD will be available. There is also the opportunity to view a new photography exhibition on barriers to scheduled dental care, and to attend its launch reception.
