Marketing and Sponsorship Opportunities
The Faculty wishes to develop mutually beneficial relationships with industry. Commercial support can take many forms – financial assistance, products and equipment, and other in-kind support. This unique opportunity allows interested parties to develop close relationships with the Faculty and make a highly visible demonstration of their active involvement in dental training and assessment, education and research.
In return, the Faculty will design tailor-made sponsorship packages to meet an organisation's needs and its level of commitment to the Faculty's developments.
Benefits may include:
- inclusion of company's name and logo, and acknowledgement of support, on specific promotional literature.
- product exposure and possible demonstration sessions at appropriate courses.
- an exhibition stand at appropriate educational events – both centrally and locally.
- opportunity to meet dentists and other company representatives at courses and associated social events.
- photographic and promotional opportunities for use in internal and external PR activities.
- secondary advertising, advertorials and editorial input.
- distribution of company's marketing literature.
- discounted advertising rates in the journals Primary Dental Care and Team in Practice.
- reciprocal web links to selected sponsors.
- the opportunity to hire function rooms within the Royal College of Surgeons for promotional, business and social meetings.
- tours of the College's facilities and historical collections for company VIPs and visitors.
- regular meetings with the Faculty's senior personnel with the opportunity to discuss professional and training developments.
- inclusion of company's name in the 'Friends of...'list in the journals Primary Dental Care and Team in Practice
- eponymous titles
