You need to register for the assessment with the FGDP(UK) before preparing your portfolio/s for assessment. You need to submit an initial registration form and your registration fee to:

Cheques should be made payable to FGDP(UK).

Once you have registered, you will be sent a study pack and user name and password to allow you to access information and an electronic copy of the assessment template through a secure area of the FGDP(UK) website.

 
Assessment calendar

The following are the dates for submission in 2012-2013:

6 January 2012
13 April 2012
12 October 2012
4 January 2013

Participants must submit any work that they wish to be assessed by one of the above dates. Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances, including postal delays. Any material received after the dated stated on the examinations calendar will be transferred to the next available submission date.

Participants must have submitted the initial registration form and fee prior to submitting portfolio/s for assessment.

Assessment fees

The current initial registration fee is:

• £30 for DCP Affiliate members of the FGDP(UK)
• £65 for non-members.

This fee covers the cost of the support materials and assessment of one key skill of the participant's choice.

For each further Key Skill that you would like to submit, there is a fee of £20. This fee also applies if the Key Skill is being resubmitted.
