GDC consultation on Revalidation

The FGDP(UK) has responded to the GDC consultation on revalidation. In principle, the Faculty supports the proposals but further detail is required to ensure that the process protects the public, is robust, flexible and transparent. There is a Faculty working group on revalidation, which is charged with considering the implications for dentists, and eventually for dental care professionals.
