Advertising Rates

Issues are published in January, April, July and October. Advertising can be purchased on a rolling basis and does not need to run on a calendar year. Copy is required by the 1st of the previous month.

Materials Required

Advertisements to be supplied as Acrobat PDF High Resolution CMYK files. An additional reproduction charge may also apply to ads supplied as QuarkXpress files (with fonts and images) or films. Please supply colour proofs.

Cancellation Notice: 28 days prior to copy deadline

Films and Artwork

Final films or artwork should be supplied by the advertiser or its agent. All process work or setting undertaken by the publishers will be charged to the client. Material is held at the client’s risk and the publisher’s do not accept responsibility for loss or damage.

Acceptance of material

The publishers do not hold themselves responsible for film or artwork left unclaimed for more than 12 months.

The publishers reserve the right to refuse, amend or withdraw all advertisements submitted to them at their absolute discretion and without explanation. All advertisements must comply with the British Code of Advertising Practice.

Terms

Advertisements are accepted on our terms of payment which are 28 days net from invoice date.
