Membership subscription rates for 2008/9
Please note that these are the current membership rates for the FGDP(UK). They replace the rates that are detailed on the membership application form that can be downloaded below.
Full Membership
Open to registered dentists who have been awarded an approved postgraduate diploma by any of the four Royal Colleges |

Open to registered dentists who are also members of the Faculty of

Open to registered dentists who have been qualified for at least three years but who do not hold an approved postgraduate diploma

Membership of the Faculty is open to all registered dentists, and all registerable DCPs (non-registerable DCPs may purchase a DCP subscription for the same price as DCP Affiliate Membership).
On applying for membership, dentists are required to provide the following:
- Information confirming that you are undertaking verifiable and non-verifiable CPD in accordance with the FGDP(UK) and GDC criteria
- On achieving full membership, evidence of 20 hours verifiable CPD per annum (5 hours more than the GDC statutory scheme).
Please note: if you are applying for membership for the first time, please send your first payment by cheque, even if you are enclosing the direct debit form available below. This only applies to new members; renewals will be made by direct debit.
Membership is valid for one year from the date of receipt of application.
